Landscape construction services in Victoria, BC
Tideline Landscape Construction is a landscape construction company in Victoria, BC. These are the services we build every week.
Fence installation
Cedar privacy fences, picket fences, chain link and gates across Victoria, with posts set in concrete and every line strung straight before the boards go on. We also repair leaning posts, broken boards and sagging gates, and remove the old fence when it is time to replace it.
Patios and pavers
Paver patios, walkways and borders built on a base placed and compacted in layers, so the surface stays flat and drains away from the house. We help you choose a paver style and colour from local suppliers and finish with edge restraint and polymeric joint sand.
Concrete pads
Shed, hot tub, parking, bin and equipment pads formed square on a compacted gravel base, reinforced, broom finished and cut with control joints. Each pad is sized and sloped for what sits on it and where the water needs to go.
Play structure installation
Backyard swing sets and play structures assembled to the manufacturer's instructions, levelled, anchored and set on rubber mulch or wood fibre surfacing. We can remove an old play set too, so the yard is ready for the new one.
Playground installation
Playground works for school districts, PACs, municipalities and stratas: equipment installation, removal of old equipment, site preparation, borders and safety surfacing, built from the owner's drawings and the manufacturer's instructions.
Commercial grounds maintenance
Scheduled mowing, edging, hedge trimming, bed care and seasonal cleanups for stratas, offices and institutions, with one point of contact and separate quotes for fence repairs, pads and other projects.
Fall cleanup and yard services
Leaf cleanup, hedge trimming, gutter cleaning and lawn mowing to get Victoria yards through the wet season. Leaves and trimmings are hauled away unless you want them kept for compost.
Public works, built to spec
We bid on playground, fencing, pathway and park improvement projects for municipalities and school districts across the South Island, mostly in the $10,000 to $75,000 range.
